By accessing and using ainuae.ae, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services

AIN UAE provides drone inspection, digital twin creation, photogrammetry, and related data services across the UAE and GCC. All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed between AIN UAE and the client prior to commencement.

Intellectual Property

All data, models, reports, and deliverables produced by AIN UAE remain the property of AIN UAE until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as agreed in the service contract.

Liability

AIN UAE is not liable for decisions made by clients based on data or reports provided. Our liability is limited to the value of the service contract. AIN UAE operates under valid GCAA and DCAA licences and carries appropriate public liability insurance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
